Much of the content on this site is given away of a sort. Its free for personal use but not for distribution.

Each wallpaper has been "stamped" for branding purposes and is presented as super high quality jpeg so that it can be resized (within reason) to fit most any monitor based needs.

The images on the DVD are also of a similar quality for use on DVD players or the computer. Most of those images are not stamped but I ask the inherent copyrights be respected.

The recipes and poems are available for individual use but again not for resale, plagiarism or distribution.

These are my life's work and I ask that since it is my work that my wishes in this matter be respected.

If not, and I find out about it, well, America is the most litigious country in the world...

When you order products from this site, we require certain information, as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you place orders or access your account information, we use a secure server. Any and All of your personal information data is only used as specified and is never shared with or sold to anyone. We do not pass any of your information along to any linked site.

Some of our forms may require you to give us contact information, such as your name, e-mail address and demographic information, as in your age. We may use this and other data collected from registration and/or survey forms to send you specific information about other programs or events by "opt-in" marketing only (see Marketing & E-mail).

We may use special tools to analyze traffic on this site. We do not maintain individual profiles for visitors, nor do we collect data that might identify the individual visitor. We only collect data about your web browser, pages and images accessed and other aggregate data.

All pricing is subject to change without notice. All items are in-stock and available for immediate shipment unless otherwise noted.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal (We are PayPal Verified), Ceritfied Check and Money Orders. We do not accept cash or C.O.D.'s. A fee of $25.00 is applied on all returned/bounced checks.

Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours pending payment processing and product availability. Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on shipment weight. The customer is responible for all shipping costs in all situations. There are no refunds on shipping. We will notify you once your order is processed and again when it ships. Please include your full name and order/invoice number with all inquiries.

Return Policy

Only unopened items or items damaged in shipping may be returned. Damaged items are replaced free of charge. No shipping charges will be reapplied on damage replacements. Unopened item returns will carry a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs for unopened items are non-refundable. If you ordered the wrong item, we will exchange it for the correct item (a cost adjustment may be necessary depending the item. Shipping may apply). You must contact our customer service department for RMA (Return Material Authorization) approval. You may use our contact form. Be sure to include your invoice number for prompt service.
